Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at and describe the problem with the product. 

We will work with you to ensure you are satisfied with the product - this may mean a return and refund, a return and exchange, or a partial refund. The refund policy is valid for 20 days after you receive the item. If 20 days have gone by since you  received your item, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

If you are returning a product, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If you are receiving a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within days.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If we agreed to refund your payment and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
